Shipping Policy
Delivery Methods
We use Australia Post and Express Post to send orders and are shipped from Melbourne. You have a choice of Parcel Post, Express Post or store pick-up in the checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout and is dependent on weight and/or location. Shipping costs start at around $7.95.
(Some photobooks are heavy and may fall under a greater shipping rate bracket)
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, we may send items separately if some pre-orders are included in the order and have not yet been released, or if an item is temporarily waiting replenishment and is holding up other items in the order.
Shipping Times
Items in stock are normally despatched within 1 to 3 business days.
If not in stock, items are generally dispatched within 14 to 20 business days or earlier (times can vary).
Extra Information
Please consider your delivery address responsibly. We cannot be responsible for parcels left at unsafe addresses.
If not sure, choose Australia Post as they will leave a card if no one is at home and parcel cannot be delivered with proof of delivery.
If re-directing a parcel while in transit you must take responsibility. If the re-direction address is not correct or ambiguous, it may either become lost in transit. In other cases it may get returned back to us. If it gets returned back to us, you will then be required to pay for shipping again.
